QuorixTV DMCA & copyright policy

How to report copyrighted material, what a valid notice needs to contain, and what QuorixTV does when one arrives.

QuorixTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the people who use this website to do the same. This page was last updated on 27 August 2026.

Our position

QuorixTV is a reseller of access to streaming services. We do not host, store, record, upload, own, produce or control any of the media available through the service, and no video content is stored on the servers that run quorixtvpro.com. Streams originate from third-party providers.

Because we do not host the material, we are generally not able to remove a specific stream from the internet. What we can do — and will do — is act on the account or channel relationship within our own service and pass a valid notice upstream to the provider responsible.

Sending a notice

If you own the copyright in material you believe is being made available through our service without authorisation, or you are authorised to act for the owner, send a written notice to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line. You may also use the contact form, but email is preferred so the notice is on record.

What a valid notice must include

  • Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address
  • A clear identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed — a registration number, a link, or a precise description
  • Identification of the material you are complaining about, specific enough for us to locate it: the channel or title name, and where and when it was seen
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

A notice missing these elements may not be actionable, and we may come back to you for the missing detail before we can proceed.

What we do next

  • We acknowledge receipt of your notice, normally within 48 hours.
  • We review it and, where it is valid and specific, act on the relevant part of our service.
  • We forward the notice to the upstream provider responsible for the stream.
  • We keep a record of the notice and of what was done in response.

Counter-notices

If material was removed or disabled because of a notice and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should identify the material, state under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, give your contact details, and include your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court. We will pass a valid counter-notice to the original complainant.

Repeat infringement

We terminate the accounts of subscribers who are repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion. Sharing credentials, recording streams or redistributing content also breaches our Terms of Service and is grounds for suspension in its own right.

Misuse of this process

Under the DMCA, a person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be sure of your claim before sending a notice, and consider taking legal advice if you are not certain.
